The Waterhouse Project’s ‘Kitchen Journal’ - Summer Tasters
I’ve known Gabriel Waterhouse for a few years now and have always admired his work ethic and approach to his restaurant, The Water House Project. Based in East London he creates magical seasonal menus with beautiful wine pairings, served in an utterly charming and relaxed setting - well worth a visit.
We teamed up to create a series of films, two of which are showcased here, showing a little insight into the summer menu. We purposely kept these shoots lean and quick-fire, such a fun way to film and make sure the soul of the dishes and restaurant come through.
